Are there any restrictions to assembly/(soldering) the component using condensation reflow soldering (Vapor Phase soldering) ?

ST can't guarantee all the specific soldering processes which should be qualified by the customer, however, there are customers which has adopted Vapor Phase Soldering on this specific product without reporting any issue
