Hi,
I bought an EVB-LIV4F to evaluate LIV4F and I have sent two emails to st-teseo-suite-support@st.com to request activation code. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response. Is it possible to check whether ST has received my request?

Normally, the team responds within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take a little longer, e.g. due to vacation. There will certainly be an answer, may I ask for a little patience?

I submit my first request on June 19, 2024. My second request on July 24, 2024.
I have been checking spam folder. I just want to make sure I didn't miss the response, whether reject or accept my request.
