Good morning,
I placed an order a few weeks back, and it is showing that is being on hold for some reason.
No problem, I will contact customer service. Except:
- the "contact us" link on the order acknowledgment email sends me to an "invalid page" (see attached ST_1.png)
- going on the ST website and clicking on "contacts" shows me a page where I can choose my country (UK). Once done, is shows me an email address Contact.uk@st.com. (see attached ST_2.png)
Attempting to send an email to that address fails because the address does not exist at ST.com. (see attached ST_3.png)
- the website is also very slow, occasionally timing out for now reason. This has been mentioned before, in messages as old as six months ago, and yet there seems to be no improvement.
This makes the whole experience of dealing with the ST website frustrating, which is a shame because your products are very useful.
For now, can I please have a contact email to send a request about my order status?

Unfortunately large conglorates aren't well suited to dealing with indivudals or small businesses. Don't get me started on how useless most communications are these days.
In the US the eStore stuff is farmed out to Mouser for drop-ship.
Depending on the products there are all manner of Export Controls, these can cause all kinds of headaches if proper details are not at hand.
You'd likely do far better dealing with Distributors, like RS, Farnell, Mouser, DigiKey, etc, whose actual business is small/low volume, at least anything sub-million
