I purchased a number of tda7297 chips from STM and they do not work. Connected to my Fluke set to ohms I get No readings at all. Yet I have Chinese supplied tda7297 chips which do give a reading.

Im looking to find the threshold limit of Open Circuit protecion of an output channel, ive looked in all the datasheets but im sure it was around 1K ohm but i cant find a value anywhere. Does anyone know where i can get this data?ThanksJames
