I have a question about the usage of the Cache in a Bootloader for the STM32H730I am using:STM32H7external Flash connected to over OCTOSPI in QSPI ModeCMISIS version V5.0.8I first run a Bootloader that initialized the OCTOSPI/QSPI and then loads the Application from Flash and jumps to the ApplicationI have based my Code on the example for the STMH735G-DK which comes with STM32CubeMX in the Folder "C:\Users\<Username>\STM32Cube\Repository\STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.9.0\Projects\STM32H750B-DK\Templates\ExtMem_Boot\Src "I am using Code generated by CubeMX and the following USER CODE:int main(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN 1 */ /* USER CODE END 1 */   /* Enable I-Cache---------------------------------------------------------*/ SCB_EnableICache(); /* Enable D-Cache---------------------------------------------------------*/ SCB_EnableDCache();   /* MCU Configuration--------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Reset of all peripherals, Initializes the Flash i

I am using STM32H7B0VBT6 MCU.i want to transmit data using UART with DMA in normal mode.i am using "HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA(&huart4, &UART4_array[0], UART4_ARRAY_SIZE);"it sends only once , next time it do not work. Where i am doing wrong ? am I using wrong syntax ?Please help me.

Can anyone please share ILI9488 SPI tft display 320X480 resolution interfacing with stm8s sample code.

I think this one might be very easy. It's just a configuration I need to set, but I don't know what configuration I need to write.We can begin with the error log. The error is about the clock for the MPU. It as not been set yet and I don't know why.  D/TC:0 0 get_opp_freqvolt_from_dt_subnode:1426 Invalid opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 get_opp_freqvolt_from_dt_subnode:1426 Invalid opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 stm32_cpu_opp_is_supported:558 Not supported opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 stm32_cpu_opp_is_supported:558 Not supported opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 stm32_cpu_opp_is_supported:558 Not supported opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 stm32_cpu_opp_get_dt_subnode:623 Found OPP 0 (650000kHz/1200mV) from DT D/TC:0 0 stm32_cpu_opp_is_supported:558 Not supported opp-supported-hw 0x2 D/TC:0 0 set_voltage_then_clock:151 opp = 0, cpu_opp.dvfs[opp].volt_mv = 1200 D/TC:0 0 _set_opp_clk_rate:92 opp = 0, cpu_opp.dvfs[opp].freq_khz = 650000 D/TC:0 0 stm32mp1_set_opp_khz:3856 freq_khz = 650000

Hi, I had a query regarding the VL53L0X TOF sensor. Is it possible to block the laser on the board and use an off board laser of same wavelength and get readings from TOF sensor? such as intensity readings only?

Objective is to get the RGB888 LCD working with ECO 5.0 This panel worked fine with ECO 1.0[1] Follow this, topic: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mpus-products/stm32mp1-ltdc-device-tree-for-rgb-display/td-p/315953.  In ECO 5.0 these DT entries seems not valid anymore. DTC warnings occurs as listed below, even though the build goes through.[2] RGB LCDs have reset and Enable pins for LCD control,  The link above had an  DT entry for it. enable-gpios = <&gpioh 15 GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH>; // DISP reset-gpios = <&gpioh 7 GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH>; // RESET But PH7 the reset  pin is not released at boot. using gpioset -c 7 7=1, the reset is released (backlight goes on), it seems the panel DT node is ignored or panel entries have been changed. Since CubeMX does not generate  DT panel examples and the wiki's might be outdated, it feels like a  state of limbo.P.S: when using gpioget -c 7 7, the tool seems to reconfigure the I/O as input and the o

Bom dia! Browser.mainFrame()" because "this.browser" is null Essa mesma mensagem é exibida

Dear Members,We are using STM32L4P5VGT, with USB (supports OTG). The said product has a USD card with an SDIO interface to store the sensor data. The USB is planned to be used following purposes.1. CDC for Laptop serial communication to send real-time sensor data in office climate.2. MSC (upload the stored data on the USD card to the Laptop, ie stored data in the field and dump in the office). I know, that it can be done using CDC also, using command and reply base mechanism. Already been used in one of the products, using the STM32L1 series processor.3. Support for Pen Drive - To dump the data from the USD card to the External Pen Drive in the field.I have used CDC for serial communication and USD data dump using command and response mechanisms. Similarly, I have worked on real-time data streaming using a USB device/CDC class and a Pen Drive with a USB Host. Never worked on OTG mode.I need advice from you, who has already done or is aware of the best solution. Is it only OTG solution f

Hi all,I'm using STM32F429BIT6。my question is: C3 is 3.3uF±10%，How do you like this circuit? When WDG reset in the MCU  STM32F429BIT6,It will lead to CMOS failure of the MCU NRST？If C3 is 2.2uF±10%，the CMOS of the MCU NRST will be OK？Thanks！NRST CircuitWDG Reset

I have configured a BLE MESH with two nodes one as client and other as server . It is working well . I also want to recieve the same data that is being exchanged on Phone.  Can someone tell me how this can be done and what app I must use.

Where does one find documentation on the required flash wait states for stm32u575 running at a specific frequency and voltage range? In these forums and on the internet I find a number of tables but they all seem to be for other products.  I've search all the documentation I can find in the ST doc site for this chip:data sheetsreference manualprogrammers manualapplication noteserrataI find all the information I need to set the wait states, but I find nothing that tells me how to calculate the proper value to set based on speedand voltage range.Any help would be appreciated Shawn

The notion of group priority and subpriority is not very clear in the STM32H7 programming manual.First the manual states that: According to the value of the register AIRCR (0xFA050000) the splitting between group priority and subpriority for interrupts should be:  But then in the NVIC description I read:   What is "n" ? At first I thought that  it was the number of "xxx" in table 56 but I noticed that I could only write the 4 least significant bits in IPR registers , which means n=4 ? How to set group and subpriority priorities if only 4 bits can be written in IPR registers ?

I am trying to wire a graphics application on an STM32H745i-DISCO board, and place the framebuffer in external SDRAM.So I configured the FMC as follows:Then, under Cortex-M7 I set up the MPU:But when running the program and attempting to write to 0xD000 0000 I get a hard fault. What am I missing?

I want to use the FPU in an ISR. Will I have context switching issues or i have to specifically make changes in the System_stmxx.c if i am using code generated from CubeIDE.Do i need to setup these registers explicitly or it is handled by CubeIDE by default? (i didn't found these bits explicitly setup in System_stmxxx.c ) FPU->FPCCR |= (FPU_FPCCR_ASPEN_Msk | FPU_FPCCR_LSPEN_Msk);This code sets the ASPEN (Automatic State Preservation Enable) and LSPEN (Lazy State Preservation Enable) bits, ensuring that the FPU context is handled appropriately during interrupts.MCU: STM32H723ZGT6CubeIDE Ver: 1.16.0

I have a DAC signal from an ADC (potentiometer). I have set the frequency from 0-200 Hz but when I run it when I am at 200 and the sign should still be there, the signal on the oscilloscope disappears (just a straight line). does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi ST,Using the STM32L476 for a custom battery-operated application, on trying to implement the USB 2.0 through a type C receptable, I need clarity on the connections of the USB.AFAIK the VBUS sensing on PA9 should be connected through a resistor divider to reduce the voltage to a safe level when the MCU is not powered. My doubts are1. Can I power the MCU from the VBUS using the VDDUSB (only USB peripheral working is needed) or should I connect both the VDD and VDDUSB so that the MCU should be powered ON and the USB peripheral won't work with only the VDDUSB connected to the VBUS.2. How much does the USB peripheral and the MCU both consume during startup considering VBUS can only supply 500mA.3. Can VBUS be 3.3V or will it be only 5V4. Recommended Specs for voltage regulator if VBUS is 5V

Hi,When trying to run a simple TrustZone+UART project generated by STM32CubeMX, the chip raises a HardFault when switching to NonSecure mode. In the HardFault handler, the Cortex-M33 CFSR registrer is set to 0x400, indicating an instruction bus error, and lr set to 0xffff_ffa9 (i.e. raised from non-secure code). The NonSecure code area's access flags (using the TT instruction etc.) is 0x02be0100 (i.e. should allow NS access) and the MPU is disabled, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. This thread details a similar problem, where the GTZC is protecting some regions of RAM from NS access. However, I've set all entries of MPCBB_SecConfig_array to zero (in the autogenerated MX_GTZC_S_Init() function), and that doesn't solve the issue.Does anyone know what could cause this, and how to fix it?Thanks.
