I’m using X-Cube-AI Toolbox 9.1 to realize Vision Transformer deployment but got stuck. I exported from torch using ONNX opset=15. I then used onnx2tf to convert ViT to .tflite format, which is obviously a valid model as shown in Netron. 1.When I’m trying to analyze it in .tflite, there popped up an error says “BATCH_MATMUL not supported.”2. Without conversion, analyzing .onnx model popped up something like “tuple has no method get_shape” and failed.3. I further converted it to .keras and .h5, but .keras says: Unable to load the file, and then the whole CUBE IDE got stuck and expects a restart. Meanwhile .h5 only says something like the Length is four. All of the trials above deploying ViT model failed with only a single line of error note during model analysis. So I have the following questions:A) I tried to unroll the matmul in FOR loops, but unfortunately  LOOP operator is also not supported. B) I think one important thing is that the scaled dot product attention

Hi,I am implementing the sbsfu encryption functionality on the stm32u575 micros which do not contain hardware accelerator. For this I have decided to use x-cube cryptolib to be able to encrypt and decrypt messages. I have tested the example aes_cbc_encryptdecrypt on the u575zi-q motherboard and it works perfectly. Now I am trying to implement the same example on a u575 micro with sbsfu, but when encrypting, it does not produce the expected ciphertext values for the default text. Any help?

I have setup a client and server with two STM32WB1MMCs and have the server periodically send data based on a frequency stated by the client. My payloads are 10 bytes long and are incrementing values for me to keep track of any losses. I am finding that I have a limited message per second throughput of around 200-210. I cannot achieve more than this no matter how much I optimise my code and play around with the intervals and PHY settings, as stated in the an5289 documentation. My code uses notifications to send from server to client. It also uses a timer set to trigger a flag every 10,000th a second to allow me to keep track of timings for ensuring my payloads are sent at the specified frequency by the client. I feel 200-210 10 byte payloads sent a second is very low throughput for BLE, should I expect higher and also, if so, what is the best approach to achieving this?

I have created a new project and built it. The build analyser shows:I then added the following at file scope:int8_t position[ 4096 ]; // Default zero initialized arrayThe build analyser then shows:The 4k increase in RAM usage makes sense, but not the 4K increase in FLASH.The console shows:The build analyser also shows:Why is 4k being added to the .bss section in FLASH for the position object?

Hello!!!I found this code in GitHub: https://github.com/ndunello/NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX.I think this code could be useful for my project. When I build, no error occurs. But when I'll record in microcontroller with debug appears that error. Please, somebody could help me to fix this error? This is the error log from STM32CubeIDE:Error in final launch sequence:   Failed to execute MI command: load C:\\Users\\Documents\\github_ndunello\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX\\Debug\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX.elf   Error message from debugger back end: Load failed Failed to execute MI command: load C:\\Users\\Documents\\github_ndunello\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX\\Debug\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX.elf   Error message from debugger back end: Load failed Failed to execute MI command: load C:\\Users\\Documents\\github_ndunello\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX\\Debug\\NG0B1_GFX01M2_TGFX.elf   Error message from debugger back end: Load failed Load failedAnd this photo represents what shown in Console:

Hello, I'm trying to setup a simple "Hello world" project for a custom board with an STM32H7A3IIT6.I've successfully created the project from CubeMX (6.12) generated the code for Keil MDK and, starting from the application template of the TGFX designer (4.24), I managed to add the GUI to the project, compile and flash the board successfully. As I wanted to start using CubeIDE (currently version 1.16) I tried the same approach, so:- CubeMX ioc project (copy of the same file used before for the Keil code generation)- Generate code for CubeIDE ("Generate under root" checked as with unchecked it gave me the following error (https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-touchgfx-and-gui/touchgfx-designer-error-quot-unable-to-locate-c-lt-path-to/td-p/100242)- Open the generated "ApplicationTemplate.touchgfx.part" file with TouchGFX Designer- Import the Blank UI and put a coloured box on the main screen- Generate code- Open the project with CubeIDE and build the project-> This leads to 174 errors,

hi,I have a scroll wheel with 7 icons, with a circular appearance.I'd like to enlarge a bit the selected item, to make clear that item has been selected, is it possible? can touchgfx resize the selected icon? Thanks in advance

Hello! First, some information. The board that I am using is a custom board with an STM32U599VJT6. It is supposed to interface an RGB666 480x480 display with parallel interface and a Sitronix ST7701S (I have correct initialization code). I am currently trying to use CubeIDE 1.16, MX 6.12 and TouchGFX 4.24. I use Debian for STMCubeIDE and TouchGFX Designer in a Windows virtual machine. The first problem: I have configured a project close to what the STM32U5A9 Disco board is generated with upon project creation in TouchGFX Designer, following the tutorial by embryonic.dk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRQD8JMeg_k). The code that is generated by the CubeMX for the hardware configuration compiles fine. When I try to add the TouchGFX (and the FreeRTOS) in the CubeMX, the code can no longer compile. (Error message in file "Error1" below). When I try to import the project in TouchGFX Designer, add a test image and generate code there, the errors increase. (File "Error2"). The MX file ("

What is boot scheme lables. I am refering to link below it is given as " defines which kind of boot is supported on the board"What it means.referring to link below: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/STM32_MPU_OpenSTLinux_release_note_-_v4.1.0#Bootscheme_labels

I have a project with its ioc, the setup of the peripherals are ok.Now I want to edit a file while cubeide is closed and have the change reloaded when I reopen the ioc.Let say that I set the baudrate of UART5 to 115200: in some file I'll have the UART5 init and in that function I'll have a line of code to set the baudrate to 115200:huart5.Init.BaudRate = 115200;I was expecting that if I close the cubeide, change the code to:huart5.Init.BaudRate = 57600;and then reopen cubemx it would load the new setting, but it seems that it does not.Am I wrong to expect that behaviour or there is something going on here?STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.16.0 Build: 21983_20240628_1741 (UTC)

Good Morning I just received a stm h750 with a display on it. I am used to programming on stm32 IDE but have no clue on where to begin. I would like to get tools to create templates for my display and flash them on my board. is there any code/programm already done so I could analyse it?

I built a simple stm32 project for a Nucleo-F767ZI from the STM32CubeIDE 1.16.0 or 1.14.0  with all peripherals initialized with their default values- FREERTOS CMSIS_V1 or CMSIS_V2 API- LWIP (dhcp / static ip address) LAN8742 PHY driver- ETH in RMII mode (cannot be changed)With the built-in debugger I was able to find that the function ETH_SetDMAConfig() triggered the HardFault_Handler at line 2833 (file Drivers/STM32F7xx_HAL_Driver/Src/stm32f7xx_hal.eth.c)I know, there have been issues with the ethernet driver in the past but not recently. The demo package LwIP_HTTP_Server_Netconn_RTOS runs okAny help would be appreciated

CubeMX is mostly intended for (or mostly used by) noobs. Noobs are most likely to want to skip an HSE for any reason whatsoever, as it adds complexity to a learning process. So it would be nice if CubeMX would accept HSI as a solution for USB clock source and simply warn the user that this setup is not USB compliant and would not receive certification. A noob is likely to breadboard a bare mcu chip, not a professional design team. A noob is least likely to buy an expensive evaluation board that would already include an HSE (as opposed to engineering students enrolled at expensive colleges). It seems ST has set minimum requirements on its clientelle.

Hi AllI am developing a simple app for a bespoke board using the ST25R3911B, that just has to poll for an ST25DV04KC Type 5 tag, and read/write using NDEF. I'm using STM32CubeIDE, adding NFC to an existing project that uses FreeRTOS, and already has the basic hardware init, debug logging etc.Just checking which is the quickest way to get started?I think my options are:-X-CUBE-NFC6 - easy to add to my project using cube, but not clear if it supports ST25R3911B (my understanding is the ST25R3911B is a cut down version of ST25R3916?).X-CUBE-NFC5 - clearly supports ST25R3911B but doesn't appear in cube, is it superceded by NFC6?STSW‑ST25R015 - again clearly supports ST25R3911B, but I've not used this style of ST library before, looks like a lot more work to get started, compared to X-CUBE packagesI must admit I get fairly confused by these various ST software packages, and the best/easiest way to add them to an existing STM32CubeIDE project. For example, if using X-CUBE, should I use (and

Hello, i am using STM32H723 Microcontroller. I need to create a region in the memory(preferably whole sector 7) that is not erasable during debugging process. To do this i made the following changes in the linker script:MEMORY { ITCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x00000000, LENGTH = 64K DTCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 128K FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x08000000, LENGTH = 896K USER_DAT (r) : ORIGIN = 0x080E0000, LENGTH = 128K RAM_D1 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x24000000, LENGTH = 320K RAM_D2 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x30000000, LENGTH = 32K RAM_D3 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x38000000, LENGTH = 16K } SECTIONS { untouched areas . . .user_data(NOLOAD) : { . = ALIGN(4); KEEP(*(.user_data)) } > USER_DATAnd i am trying to write to this memory space with HAL_FLASH Functions. But when i debug, my datas are erased. How can i do this?

Hello,I would like to use the TSU114 in the QFN-16 package and have 2 questions:1. Can the TSU11x be used with a dual supply?  For example, can I put +1.8V on VCC+ and -1.8V on VCC-?2. How should I connect the EP of the QFN-16 package?  The datasheet mentions that the EP of the DFN-8 package should be connected to VCC- or left floating, but doesn't say how the EP of the QFN package should be connected.Thank you for any guidance you can provide.Michael

Hello I am trying to use L9960T IC. I did the default configuration to IC and I can get the diagnosis from the L9960T. However, although the DIS pin is 0, NDIS is 1 and there is PWM in IN1 pin of L9960T Brdige_En register is still zero. I am using Hbridge in normal mode so I am expecting it to be 1 as soon as it sees the rising of the PWM after DIS pin goes to low. Can you help me with this? Also, I am not getting any error in the diagnosis. I am sharing the state registers just to make it more clear. Thank you!

Currently i am writing my own MCAL drivers for G4 MCU's and i dont understand interrupts for timer channels 5&6. Lets assume Timer 1 where you can check interrupt status of CC of channels 5&6 in TIMx_SR on bits 16&17. But there is no mention about activation and deactivation in registers. So how does it work? Is it activated randomly?

I'm currently facing an issue with my custom USART driver for communicating with the PZEM-004T module. I've successfully developed and tested this driver, and it works perfectly with other devices like the ESP32, where I receive responses without any problems. However, when I attempt to communicate with the PZEM-004T, the data sent appears correctly on the logic analyzer, but I receive no response from the slave, i also tried sending the command from pc using Tera Term 5 but same. I've verified that I’m using the correct settings: a baud rate of 9600, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no parity. Additionally, I've checked the Special Function Registers (SFRs) to ensure everything is set up correctly. I've also tried changing the slave address and modifying the Modbus command, but none of these adjustments have yielded any results. Any guidance or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.I don’t believe the problem from my code as i said i already tested it

Hi,Touchgfx message me that there is an update. But i can not find a changelog and the link is for 4.24.0 but not 4.24.1 Thanks

HiI am trying to communicate between arm processor and nucleo board through uart The processor has a type b usb , to interface with computer. For the same usb I am connecting my Nucelo board through usb type B mini and sending the data through itWhen i connect the device to laptop/computer the communication happens, and when i connect nucleo the communication does not happen.Im giving both power supply and uart communication from usb cable.

Hello,I'm refering to DS14121 Rev 1 of STM32H573xx. - "Figure 1. STM32H573xx block diagram" shows 4 32 bit timers (TIM2, TIM3, TIM4, TIM5)- "Table 2. STM32H573xx features and peripheral counts" says there are only two.Where can I find trustworthy information on the correct number?Have a nice day,F

Hi everybody   I'm developing a simple bootloader which run an application loaded in flash memory at the address 0x80200000. The application alone works correctly  but when I use the boot  the app doesn't run. This is the code of my boootloader #define ACTIVE_FW_BASE_ADDRESS 0x08020000 static void SBL_BootFW() { void (*app_reset_handler)(void); //Function pointer to hold the address of the reset handler of the Firmware uint32_t msp_value = *(volatile uint32_t *)ACTIVE_FW_BASE_ADDRESS; //Firmware starting address /* STEP 1: Update Interrupt Vector Table */ SCB->VTOR = (ACTIVE_FW_BASE_ADDRESS); /* STEP 2: Configure the MSP by reading the value from the base address of the sector 2 */ __set_MSP(msp_value); /* STEP 3: Fetch the reset handler address of the Firmware from its starting address + 4 */ uint32_t resethandler_address = *(volatile uint32_t *)(ACTIVE_FW_BASE_ADDRESS + 4); app_reset_handler = (void*)resethandler_address; /* STEP 4: Jump to the reset

Hi. I am building USB PD sink device. I would like to use built in STM32 UCPD controller.I've created test application in STM32CUBE based on AN5418. It works properly but i want to add PDO read functiinality. All tutorials say that all info about port is stored in DPM_Ports structure in USBPD library but in my case that structure doest exist. I only have DPM_Params, DPM_Settings, DPM_ID_Settings, DPM_User_Settings and I cant find PDO info in it.So, what is a proper way to read PDO to do right EvaluateCapabilities? Now in my app i'm select PDO by pointing PDO index.
