Hi,where can I find the Discovery GUI for the ST25R3911b reader? the page below does notinclude the GUI SW .the https://my.st.com/content/my_st_com/en/products/embedded-software/st25-nfc-rfid-software/stsw-st25r001.html

Hi, I am running STM32CubeMX 5.5.0 (newest)And downloaded the NFC5 2.0 expansion package from ST website, but when I try to install it in Cube it give me this error:How do I do to install it?I just got one NFC05A1 board to evaluate but got stuck in this problem

Hi everybody,I've just installed STM32CubeIDE 1.2.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.It seems that breakpoints on Cortex-M4 don't work. When I debug via ST-Link on stm32mp157c-dk2 everything is fine but breakpoints, they are simply ignored.Any suggestion? With previous installation (STM32CubeIDE 1.1.0) breakpoints on Cortex-M4 worked well, allowing to stop execution wherever I wanted. In the "Progress" tab in Eclipse it seems that Configuring GDB hangs on (at 93%), even if the execution really starts.

Dear all ,I know that this is the ridiculous questions with engineers here, but i still have to ask because i really don't know. Pease forgive for me if this type of questions were already answered in another topic.I'm using STM32F100 to design the PCB, almost boards that i refer i saw Boot pins are connected to the jumper to select the boot mode. But i don't intend to flash the software via USART , USB..., i want to use ST-Link , because i'm able to debug the SW. Therefore, my question is that do i have pull up / down the Boot pins, or just keep it open as not using.Thank you in advance!

STM32H745I'm performing a DMA transfer, the TCIF gets correctly set, but the interrupt never fires. I've ensured the TCIE flag is enabled and interrupts are enabled. What am I missing? What else should I be checking?Attached is a picture from debugging showing TCIE=1, TCIF=1, interrupts enabled, and yet the cpu is sitting in the main thread.

Sorry for the dumb question, but I am rather new to this family of products.I need to have two different possibility to exit a LP mode in different phases: in one case I can wake-up via the internal comparator, and this can be done even in STOP mode, no problem, but in another case I have to be awakened by an external device that is enabled setting one GP output high, so in this case I need to keep the status of that GP output even in the LP mode. Can I do this in STOP mode, or what is the best alternative LP mode? Thanks.

Hi everyone. I'm using MotionGC library to calibrate my LSM6DSL gyroscope. In User Manual of library it is stated that "void MotionGC_Initialize(float freq) "function takes "float" as input argument. But when I call the function according to the user manual, I got a Hard Fault. If I pass the frequency variable input as its address and define Init function as "void MotionGC_Initialize(float *freq)" no faults observed, it looks like it works but I can not be sure if its working properly. Calibration process takes much time.Is there anyone who had any experience about this problem? Thanks.

I would like to create a message sender and reader for ST25R3911B-DSICO. I downloaded the ST25SDK-1.5.0. A followed the ST25PcDemoApp_software_guide but the SDK cannot use the streader.dll. When I want to load it (SDK call the System.loadLibrary function) the JDK 1.8 cannot load the library because of "Can't find dependent libraries".I'm using JAVA JDK 1.8 x86 on Windows 10. I'm also using the SDK resources ("resources\windows\x86"). What dependent libraries have to use for streader.dll?

The TSC of the STM32F051K4 works fine for all channels except for channel 1 of group 2 (G2_IO1). It does work but gives values much lower than all other channels. Also the delta (when your finger is on the touchpad is way lower than for other channels.1 - I tried changing the acquiring frequency, pulse high an low times, the IO-default-mode, prescaler values, max-count-values, nothing seems to help.2 - What I tried was to disconnect the G2_IO1 pin completely, even then the values of it are much below other channels. So it wasn't a problem of the touchpad.3 - Next I moved the sample capacitor to G2_IO1 and connected the touchpad to G2_IO4 (where the capacitor used to be). Instantly the values returned to normal. But all other groups work fine with the sample-capacitor on Gx_IO4.4 - Then I build a second board with a fresh STM32F051K4, with exactly the same strange result, G2_IO1 seems not to want to be used as a touch sensor. Why?I do not use the Touch library from ST and I'm no fan of

According to the documentation of the EV1 eval board:"The STM32MP157xAA3 also drives a sub system reset, SUB_NRST signal on PD10 IO, to the peripherals: USB Host Hub, MFX, Ethernet, and RGB_LTDC connector."Is this signal generated automatically by the STM32MP157? Is it software controlled? If the latter, is this implemented in OpenSTLinux images by default? Thanks,Guillermo

One idea i have is to put N*textArea in a Container.

Posted on June 04, 2018 at 08:04Hello,       I am trying to implement a canbus example. I was used can example with no problem in the CubeMX Version 4.24. Now, I have updated the CubeMX to version 4.25.1. Can exampel is not working now. There are some changes between version. Can someone explain me Why ?       In the newer version there is no pTxMsg and pRxMsg buffers. How can I send and receive data via newer version of the CubeMx.      Is there an example for the newer version of the CubeMx ?      NEWtypedef struct __CAN_HandleTypeDef{ CAN_TypeDef *Instance; /*!< Register base address */CAN_InitTypeDef Init; /*!< CAN required parameters */__IO HAL_CAN_StateTypeDef State; /*!< CAN communication state */__IO uint32_t ErrorCode; /*!< CAN Error code. This parameter can be a value of @ref CAN_Error_Code */} CAN_HandleTypeDef;OLDtypedef struct{ CAN_TypeDef *Instance; /*!< Reg

When I generate code with CubeMX the MX_GPIO_Init code contains: /*Configure GPIO pin : PD2 */ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_2; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_ANALOG; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOD, &GPIO_InitStruct);There is no port D afaik. STM32CubeIDE 1.2.0CubeMx 5.5.0-RC6Seems a bug.

The emWin demos show a processor load value on the screen, is there already a method defined for this in the TouchGFX / FreeRTOS configuration. I need to know how "near the edge" I currently am. It will help to know if I have enough processor HP to complete this project with this processor (F746). Its hard to tell just by excercising the current project if I am seeing slowdowns, and I don't know how well optimized the build is currently.on the TouchGFX screen transitions, do they use the hardware accelerator? This is where I am noticing some slowdown. Sliding transition with 2 of the Gauge widgets on one of the screens (with several enhancements like dual needle, etc)2 related questions in one thread, thanks all!!Bob

We have had trouble with a STM32F7769BGT6 resetting when heated to around 45°C. The part should be rated for 85°C, as are the rest of the components on our board. We've looked at the power supplies and they don't show any issues. To duplicate the problem, we heat the uC directly with a hot-air gun. Heating other components does not reproduce the issue, but heating the uC immediately causes the reset behavior.Has anyone seen anything like this before?(edit) To add some more information, we just performed an experiment, and it appears that bit 30 on one or more of the core CPU registers is switching from a 1 to a 0. Because the register is holding a memory address, the new incorrect address causes a bus fault.

I am developing bldc drives using stm32f103c8t6 MCU. And by using inverter circuit we drive the bldc motor using stm32. Block diagram of drive is shown belowUsing register language, we coded logically for 6 step commutation. And that works fine. But I would like to know if any library is available for stm32f1** (for trapezoidal control). So that i able to see difference and get corrected myself.

When I run code in IAR embedded WB from CubeMX to drive IHM003 motor control dev kit initial project (same as in getting started video) , I have got this error Error[Li016]: size limit exceeded. The application needs 0x86b6 (34'486) bytes, which is greater than the limit of 0x8000 (32'768) bytes.            The limit is due to license "ARM.EW.LINKER" from "bus_voltage_sensor.o" (and 61 other modules).I choose kickstart license due to other is paid and 30days for free. If I turn to 30days trial everything is working normally.Could you please help me on what is wrong with this?

Hi,I'm using a ANT7-T-ST25DV04K, which is basically ST25DV04K with an antenna. In my project I have a sensor that will take a reading and write to the tag memory to then later retrieve it through RF.I want to access it through I2C, in the datasheet I can't find its Slave Address, but I in another thread they are 0x53 and 0x57. Both work the same? Also, in the Datasheet, it says "Device Select E2=0" or "E2=1" depending of the function. What is the E2?Bonus Question: I saw that the mailbox is a volatile memory, so I can't write it there to later retrieve. Where should I write the memory so when I retrieve through RF I get the information?Thank you,Daniel

HelloI am looking for a library and/or code examples of DSP and mathematical functions using the SPE for speed optimization. The one referred in ST is discontinued and not available. Thanks in advance.caio@canoo.com

Hi, i am using the BL072Z board and in the ADC examples with interrupts the HAL_GetTick() function doesn't works, it returns 0 , also in the examples of LoRa like the called "end_node" happens the same, now i have built a project with cubemx and HAL_GetTick() works but not as it use to works with other boards like the stm32f411 , in that board i did not need to put the HAL_GetTick() inside the while loop (because is fired by an interrupt) but in the BL072Z LoRa board is necessary to put that function inside the loop, why?

When I use the osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(200) function the software always remain in this loop while (osalsystime < current + ticks) { }i check the software is only LED blink can any one know what happen to the OSAL library ? I use RLA Library
