I'm using STM32H743ZIT6 for an audio speaker, and while I was trying to set SAI1 for a DAC I2S connection and SAI4 for a PDM digital mics, CubeMX keeps giving me this error for PDM setting.SettingsSAI1 A&B is set for Asynchronous I2SSAI4 A is set for PDM (2 D-MIC)The warning is that the Mode of SAI4 conflicts with SAI1 Asynchronous Slave mode, but I couldn't find what this meant.I want to keep the ports because it gives me the best placement of ICs, but I'm not sure if this is possible.Does anyone know if SAI1 and SAI4 have to be synced in modes to use PDM?

HiI am using a STM32L452 MCU with a quadspi flash from Micron.I configured the board using CubeMX and have tried making a test code based on the example in: STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.15.1\Projects\STM32L476G-EVAL\Examples\QSPI\QSPI_ReadWrite_DMAI'm trying to read the Manufacturer ID on the flash but I'm not getting any of the signals on the datalines. static void MX_QUADSPI_Init(void){ /* QUADSPI parameter configuration*/ hqspi.Instance = QUADSPI; hqspi.Init.ClockPrescaler = 125; hqspi.Init.FifoThreshold = 4; hqspi.Init.SampleShifting = QSPI_SAMPLE_SHIFTING_NONE; hqspi.Init.FlashSize = 31; hqspi.Init.ChipSelectHighTime = QSPI_CS_HIGH_TIME_1_CYCLE; hqspi.Init.ClockMode = QSPI_CLOCK_MODE_3; hqspi.Init.FlashID = QSPI_FLASH_ID_1; hqspi.Init.DualFlash = QSPI_DUALFLASH_DISABLE; if (HAL_QSPI_Init(&hqspi) != HAL_OK) {  Error_Handler(); }}void HAL_QSPI_MspInit(QSPI_HandleTypeDef* hqspi){ GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruc

Hi, We are using SPC560B50L5C6E0Y microcontroller for one of our application. I have SPC560B-DIS with me and want to flash want to flash SPC560B50L5C6E0Y controller in our designed board. I want to know the required jumper setting on dev kit for flashing external target. What settings on SPC560B-DIS kit decides whether to flash the on-board controller or external target? I have removed S1,S2 jumpers and powering through USB. I have placed J19,J20 jumper and trying to flash but controller is not getting flashed correctly.

HiI'm using the ST25R3916 IC to read/write the data of the tags from the ST25-TAG-BAG-E. What sequence do I need to use to read the user data? regardsMatties

I want to specify the HEX file for data into the STM32 and the elf file for symbols used in the debugger. The User interfec has changed though and I seem to only be able to get one or the other (i.e. just the hex or just the elf). This is a necessary operation as safety critical software need to be able to verify PROM contentsusing a CRC32 generated off the target processor. Here is the modified 1.3.0 gui entry for the debugger

When using the command line version of STM32CubeProgrammer, I notice during the verification process (-v flag), the progress bar follows a sequence like 6%->12%->18%->24%-18%->24%... and ends at 24%, with a successful verification. Picture provided for clarity. I am using STM32L021F4 and STM32CubeProgrammer version 2.3.0.

Hello.I have a using eval board : SPC58EC-DISP.I try to receive all packet (slave mode) just like DAQ. SPC STUDIO support LinFlexD example only using filter.I think that lin_lld.c - spc5xx_lin_rxi_interrupt (SPC STUDIO Example) is need to modified. Please tell me if you know that receive way to data without filter in slave mode.Thank you.

I have purchased the SPC560P microcomputer evaluation board (SPC560P-DISP).I want to use SPC5studio and SPC5-UDESTK.However, "Activation-Key" is required to get SPC5-UDESTK.SPC5-UDESTK website: www.pls-mc.com/spc5-udestkThe input form has the following descriptions.[Please insert the activation key you got from STMicroelectronics in the from XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX]What is "Activation-Key"?Please tell me how to get it.

Hi All,We are using different ADC group to access DMA channel. We have 3 ADC groups, Group1 ADC channel need to read continuously. So it should stop the other ADC channels to accessing the DMA. If it is accessing, it should stop it and reconfigure with Group1 configs. We are using below line of code to do it. Please let us know, is this the correct way or we need to check some other registers? edmaChannelStop(adcp->adc_dma_channel);#define edmaChannelStop(channel) {                     \ edmaDisableRequest(channel);                       \ edmaClearDone(channel);                         \}#define edmaDisableRe

Hello,I'm trying to connect stm32mp157c-dk2 board with another device over FDCAN in engineering mode (MCU single core) using CN2 pin 3 and 5 (stm32 PA12 and PA11 pins respectively). Though I can initialize and request to use FDCAN1 from resource manager utility without any error, FDCAN related interrupts still don't get fired. Do I need to assign RX/TX pins to M4 FDCAN1 in tf-a, u-boot or kernel device trees.

Touch GFX 4.13.0STM32CubeMX 5.6.0STM32H7Cube 1.7.0Board: STM32H753I-EVAL2 (Screen size for reference is 640X480)I am developing simple GUI application with 2 screens. each screen has one button with label.Since the V3 template for this board is not available. I going through the route of creating my own template from CubeMX.FMC clock = 200MHzLTDC clock = 25 MHzI am using external SDRAM with double frambuffer. location of frambufferFrambuffer1 = 0xD0000000Frambuffer2 = 0xD00E1000attached is the GUI I am getting on my hardware.Attached is GUI on my SimulatorIf you notice the Button is only shown Half. I even tried with single buffer but same result.I am attaching my project for reference.I am waiting for V3 template available from TouchGFX, hope it gets uploaded very soon. Thanks

HiI want to creat my keyboard , but the problem arises.I have to make it as close to the touchgfx example as possible, but the problem remained.I'd appreciate your advice.Thank you.

Hi theredoes anyone have a source for Keil Flash Algorithm for a AS4C32M16SA connected via QSPI to a stm32h753 or similar?Help much appreciated./jimmii

Hallo, I am developing an close board for RFID Tagsand want to open a Conection via UART to the MC.I don´t know what kinds of commands do I have to send to init., make tuning and read tags out of the MC responding the Reader.Best regardsChristian

Hello,Imagine I've got an object, say a numpad, that I want to display or hide upon a specific button press. What are the pros and cons of using one method vs the other? I'm especially asking in terms of performance as keeping the object added but hidden allows to do a partial redraw (object.invalidate()).Should add/remove only be used when we wish to change the Z-order of the object? Thanks in advance.

I have TouchGFX designer working with both STM32F469I and STM32F429 discovery kits - using ST-link.Does TouchGFX support J-Link? If so, how? And where would I find that info without posting (ie. be self sufficient?)?if not, is the any effort toward supporting J-Link? I do find it faster on download.

Hi all,I stumbled upon this in my BoardConfiguration file:#if !defined(USE_BPP) || USE_BPP==16 #define HACT 200 /* Note: 16bpp: Screen divided in 4 areas of 200 pixels to avoid DSI tearing */ #elif USE_BPP==24 #define HACT 400 /* Note: 24bpp: Screen divided in 2 areas of 400 pixels to avoid DSI tearing */ #else #error Unknown USE_BPP #endifMy question is, why is the active width not simply the actual width of the display (800)? I thought the tearing effect is configured, so that after the full display has updated the GRAM can be updated. The framebuffer is configured to use the full width, that's why it doesn't make sense to me to divide the screen.

Is there a possibility to handle events which are in specific area, i.e. I would like to know when and how user drags over texture mapper area to rotate it accordingly.Thank You,Sławek

Hello @Martin KJELDSEN any updates for V3 template for STM32H743I-EVAL and STM32H747 When I am working from home our manager as asking for more output in the work as opposed to working in office.I tried to create my own template from CubeMX but it is not working properly.https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W000003KpdESAS/gui-not-displaying-properly-for-stm32h753ieval-with-external-sdram-as-frambufferThanksTushar

What is the intended way to transfer data between views? Global variables in FrontendApplication or something else? For example I have views that can be entered from multiple locations, and the view should go back to the specific view that it originated from.I also need to transfer strings from views to others, and more. How is this supposed to be done? Thanks!

Hello All,I am working on UART on SPC560p Discovery board. I can transmit the data but unable to receive the data. I want to receive byte by interrupt method to avoid blocking. Please guide me with Rx interrupt initialization so that I can use"static void spc5xx_serve_rxi_interrupt(uint32_t isdp)" function given in "Serial_iid.c"Also please suggest me if any other method to receive the data without blocking.Thank You,Pradnya
