Would it be possible to already provide the SVD file for the STM32WL family? It would be very useful to be able to already prepare some work for when the chip becomes widely available.

The ST website indicates this part is Active. But distributors such as Mouser and Digikey indicate it is End-of-Life or Obsolete.Which is correct? Please take action to correct this discrepancy.

Hi!When I want to copy data records from any of the SWV views/windows, an interesting bug (or feature?) appears:When I select less than 1000 lines (or records), I can copy/paste selected data to any text editorWhen selected data contains more than 1000 records, CTRL+C activates a "Save AS" dialog, and it saves a CSV file contains repeating linesI already reported the Exception Timeline Graph bug three months ago: this function is useless. Not only I didn't get an answer, no one responded to this problem.It is a shame that SWV functions worked in Atollic TrueStudio becomes full of bugs.A bigger problem is that apparently no one ST Employee cares about the situation.

Hi all, I'm trying to simulate a project for an STM32F103C6 in proteus ISIS but for debug purposes labcenter's people says that I need the .elf file and the dwarf2 file (both of them in the same folder), then I' found that GCC generates the dwarf 2 file with the option -gdwarf-2 what I've put in Project Properties -> Build steps and in the pre-build command I've wrote the command -gdwarf-2, it didn't worked so I've changed the command to the post-build commands in the same tab. I've also noted that in Tool Settings are several options for what I think is to choose the type of dwarf file that is going to be made during compilation but the only options are none, minimal (-g1), default (g) and maximum (-g3).After I did this the output of the compilations shows the following message:20:27:10 **** Incremental Build of configuration Debug for project Cubex ****make -j4 all gdwarf-2make (e=3): El sistema no puede encontrar la ruta especificada.make[1]: [makefile:81: pre-build] Error 3

Hey there,I tried to modify an existing project by using the ADC to measure a current. My problem is when I try to include the header stm32l4xx_hal_adc.h and use the functions like HAL_ADC_Start(); i will get the error undefined "reference to...". It's the same for every function declared in the header. The path for the header is added to the compiler. Some definitions from the header are recogniced only the functions aren't. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello, i'm working with stm32l412cb on custom PCB, and I ran into trouble.Is there any way to wake up MCU from standby by falling edge? Here is scheme and code:void enter_sleep() { HAL_EnableDBGStandbyMode(); //HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOC, GPIO_PIN_13, GPIO_PIN_SET); HAL_PWREx_EnableGPIOPullUp(PWR_GPIO_C, GPIO_PIN_13); HAL_PWREx_EnablePullUpPullDownConfig(); /* Disable all used wakeup sources: PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2 */ HAL_PWR_DisableWakeUpPin(PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2);   /* Clear all related wakeup flags*/ __HAL_PWR_CLEAR_FLAG(PWR_FLAG_WUF2);   HAL_PWR_EnableWakeUpPin(PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2_LOW);   // HAL_PWR_EnableWakeUpPin(); HAL_PWR_EnterSTANDBYMode(); }

I downloaded GraphApplication from this post to try Graph Widget. https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000ALvsTfSQJ/how-to-start-using-the-graph-widget-from-touchgfxopenrepository-in-touchgfx-designerI am using STM32F429i-Discovery Board to display this graph, after adding necessary code to my Screen1View.cpp and importing these files, Graph.hpp, GraphLine.hpp, AbstractGraph.hpp , Graph.cpp, GraphLine.cpp, AbstractGraph.cpp. The graph is still not shown on my Screen1View. On the display, it just show the blue background image from the GraphApplication example.Here is my code.File Screen1View.hpp   #ifndef SCREEN1VIEW_HPP #define SCREEN1VIEW_HPP   #include <gui_generated/screen1_screen/Screen1ViewBase.hpp> #include <gui/screen1_screen/Screen1Presenter.hpp> #include <Graph.hpp>   class Screen1View : public Screen1ViewBase { public: Screen1View(); virtual ~Screen1View() {} virtual void setupScreen(); virtual void tearDownScreen(); virtual void ha

Hi all! I use STM32L151VDT7X, CubeMX HAL and Atollic TrueSTUDIO® for STM32 9.3.0 in my project. I need to upgrade my firmware on-the-air and so I made “bootloader + image? application:1)     Edited in bootloader linker file:MEMORY { RAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 80K FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x8000000, LENGTH = 0xA100 FLASH2 (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x8040000, LENGTH = 0 }2)     Edited in image linker file:MEMORY { RAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 80K FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x800A100, LENGTH = 192K - 0xA100 FLASH2 (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x8040000, LENGTH = 192K }3)     Created simple test bootloader:void JumpToApplication(uint32_t VT_Address) { __disable_irq(); HAL_RCC_DeInit(); HAL_DeInit(); void (*Int_Entry) (void); uint32_t sp = *(uint32_t *)(VT_Address + STACK_POINTER); // STACK_POINTER == 0 __set_MSP(sp); // INT_PROGRAM_START == 4 Int_Entry = (void(*)())(*(uint32_t *)(VT_Address + INT_PROGRAM_START

When the designer generates the code for a screen (file "XXXViewBase.cpp") containing a widget with a wildcard, it generates code like this:txtCount.setPosition(301, 94, 152, 89); txtCount.setColor(touchgfx::Color::getColorFrom24BitRGB(255, 255, 255)); txtCount.setLinespacing(0); Unicode::snprintf(txtCountBuffer, TXTCOUNT_SIZE, "%s", touchgfx::TypedText(T_SINGLEUSEID1).getText()); txtCount.setWildcard(txtCountBuffer); txtCount.setTypedText(touchgfx::TypedText(T_COUNT));where the use of Unicode::snprintf is unqualified.It should be touchgfx::Unicode::snprintf, since the file itself doesn't declare "using namespace touchgfx".The code still compiles just because it implicitly relies on a "using namespace touchgfx" being imported from the auto-generated "XXXPresenter.hpp" (which is included by XXXViewBase.hpp".The presenter is indeed generated with that statement, but it's editable by the user, and it's bad practice to place a "using namespace" in a header file because it can pollute a lot

Hello,I'm using the STM32f417ig. I'm trying to configure TIM1 in a specific way, but I couldn't find information about this in the reference manual or on the web.TIM1 is configured to be reset by a trigger event coming from TIM2 (slavemode set in the SMCR register). It is working well and the imter resets to 0 on a trigger event.My question is : Is it possible to set the timer to a specific non-zero value when the trigger event occurs ?Thanks for the help,Ril

Good day,I have purchased a sensor-tile and would like to code said tile. The board is receiving power and the SWD connections are correct and double checked. Then when the st link is plugged in and one wants to debug and program the micro an error states that the target is not detected. Therefore I cannot code the micro. These are the only connections to and from the micro. I am using a ST-Link V2 to program this product. Also when the board has power I cannot pick it up through Bluetooth. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello to everyone:I am starting to evaluate and the possibility to design a transparent antenna on the glass, but I think I have an impedance problem. For example:A. I design an ITO transparent antenna and estimated the total resistor is around 15Kohm. (ITO per square is 40ohm/sqr, and 2round 50x38mm antenna)B. I know this Zout impedance is very high and I just want to consult experts, does it anyways to compensated/matching this high impedance requirement?C. At the same time, how does the antenna resistor value limitation value? (don't exceed the 27ohm?)Thanks for anyone reply to me.Fox.

I have unknown length of data to be received on UART, and It is continuous bulk of data so which is the better way to use UART, I have configured it with DMA but It is accepting defined bytes only.Could you provide best solution which is good for this task?Regards,Vivek Patel

I wanted to add some more features to the STemWin example that is present in HelloWorld folder in the stm32F429 discovery board directory of the repository on my discovery board.I wanted to add the following features.An external trigger pin,A tripple interleaved ADC working via DMA, A dacBut as soon as I run the function for the external trigger pin initialization in the main function the LCD stops working and the debugger shows that it's stuck in the HardFault handler.This also happens when I add the HAL_ADCEx_MultiModeStart_DMA function in the main.I have tried the same program without the LCD and there's no problem with the trigger or ADC codes. Here's the trigger GPIO initialization code:void GPIO_INIT_EXTI (void) { GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0}; //__HAL_RCC_GPIOE_CLK_ENABLE (); /*Configure GPIO pin : EX_TRG_Pin */ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = EX_TRG_Pin; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_IT_RISING; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; HAL_GPIO_Init(EX_TRG_GPIO_Port, &GP

debug a program in the sram, the current is 29 uA, how to down to 8uA or lower ?i dont know how to disable flash/eeprom or other peripheral

I want to test out the DFU on STM32F429ZI-NucleoI have located the Boot loader project.STM32F429ZI-Nucleo\Applications\USB_Device\DFU_StandaloneIn order to have this Bootloader Jump into the App. Do I simply change the FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x8000000, LENGTH = 2048Kof any STM example ?or there is more to it ?

Added folder Drivers/BSP. Added file stm32f4xx_nucleo.h to the new directory. Added it to the include path. I even copied the file to Core/Inc. Still "no such file". Why is it missing?

I have an STM32F411 Discovery kit with an STM32F411VET6 on it and it is not included in the STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.1.0. I updated the IDE but it did not solve the issue. Is it possible to get the right files for this board or should I select a different one? I found a board called STM32F4DISCOVERY but the mounted device is a different one (STM32F407VGTx).Thanks!

I've tried numerous of configurations, initialized pins in different modes, but CAN doesn't reach IRQ handler...it should work after "HAL_CAN_ActivateNotification(&hcan1, CAN_IT_RX_FIFO0_MSG_PENDING)" according to library documentation....the driver initializes fine, and I'm able to send messages succesfully...however RX never generates an interrupt..am I missing somethingNote: I tried both loopback mode, as well as normal
