hi i have a problem with the F103 the adc reading is jumpy and all over the place too much noise while reading i tried to filter it by summing some and deviding by it but its still jumpy

Hello,I'm testing the SPI peripheral through a simple PDM mic. The problem is the SPI doesn't start at all. The CSTART bit (that is the one that start the transfer) remain cleared, even right after I SET the bit. Now, I noticed that just after I've done the SET_BIT in the SR register happen to be set the EOT bit which indicate the (End Of Transfer). The problem is that I didn't get any data, nor in the buffer and nor in the registers.I thought the problem could be the transfer do start, but it is stopped immediately by the rise of the EOT.Didn't know If I am right, and more I didn't know how to solve the problem. Thanks for all your help guys.

Hi, I am using X-NUCLEO-CCA02M2 microphone board with nucleo-f401RE for USB audio streaming. Can anyone share the details about interfacing pin connection(which I2S pin is used)?. My understanding is like timer is used to connect pdm clock with I2S clock. Is the input to the timer can be configured using software or hardwire connection between I2S clock and timer input is needed?

i m working with SPC584xxx series MCU and trying to work with timers interrupts.using 1ms timer for calculating times for operations and using 10ms timer for work.but when 10ms timer work, 1ms timer is waiting and not triggering until 10ms timers work done.i just wanna see the how the priorities are working but i couldn't get what i want.i made all settings via gui and adding callbacks manually.should i add something else?

Hi guys,I must to replace the old obsolete chip ST25R3910-BQFT.I Finded the similar chip ST25R3914-AQFT, it change little abuot pinout and software but my first problem is the antenna matching for 13.56 MHz RFID application. Is possible to do the same matching that i used for ST25R3910-BQFT?I downloaded the ST25R Antenna matching tool software, but I not finded the type ST25R3914I don't find the avaluation board for ST25R3914-AQFT, so is not possible for me to test the device and the put the ST25R3914-AQFT for new possible project.please help me because I' dont' know what to I do.thanks Ciao, Roberto

In the datasheet (RM0444) for 512k dual bank devices, it looks like the last page of bank 1 is 127 and the first page of bank 2 is 256 (see section 3.3.1)The flash control register (see 3.7.5) says, the valid values for PNB is from 0 (page 0) to 0x17F (page 383).In the STM32G0 HAL FLASH example for Nucleo G01BRE, however, the C procedure to calculate the page from a given address calculates page 0 for the first bank 2 address (0x0804'0000).static uint32_t GetPage(uint32_t Addr) { uint32_t page = 0;   if (Addr < (FLASH_BASE + FLASH_BANK_SIZE)) { /* Bank 1 */ page = (Addr - FLASH_BASE) / FLASH_PAGE_SIZE; } else { /* Bank 2 */ page = (Addr - (FLASH_BASE + FLASH_BANK_SIZE)) / FLASH_PAGE_SIZE; }   return page; }Used STM32 Cube G0 package version: 1.5.0Which one is correct?

Hi,I have convert my project to C++.Debugging has no problem to show real time value etc. But I can't set break point as per normal, line number bar become blue line and all break point never stop. Please advise, thanks.

I am trying to merge UserApp example into my existing project. Everything goes fine, except for the error mentioned in the title. I've checked that include list is identical to UserApp example, as well as Linker->Miscellaneous->Other flags. What am I missing?EDIT: I've forgot to mention that I'm using the example for STM32G071xx and my MCU is STM32G070xx. IDE is STM32CubeIDE.

hello, I am using P-NUNCLEO-IHM001 package(nucleo-F302R8, STSPIN L6230 motor driver, BR2804 motor 1700kv-1) to performance FOC algorithm. But i did not find Parameters of the motor, could someone let me know where can i find the datasheet or Details of parameters of the motor. thanks

I'm controlling a L6474PD Stepper motor driver withan STM32F338 mcu. It is not a demo PCB but PCB made for our targeted product.I manage to control the motor with PWM and DIR pins, and send Disable and Enable SPI Commands that work ( basically all commands not requiering feedback ar ok). However , trying to send a GetParam or GetStatus command over the MOSI line only returns the sent bytes over the MISO.I first thougth that it was a short between the 2 lines, but the strange thing is that the feed back comes with 1 byte delay (check with the Scope), which means the drivers acts like it saves the received command, and send it back on the next incoming byte over SPI bus. For example if i sendD0h, 00h, 00h ( Get Status + 2 x Nops)in the RX buffer I receive00h, D0h, 00has answer , and that for evey byte sent. i tried to sendD0h, 55h, 00h ( Get Status + Random byte + NOP )i received00h, D0h, 55h As i said , the signals and the 1 byte delay are also visble on the scope&nb

Hi, i am working on a mobile android application, and from the firmware team they told me i need to this procedure:1. User closes his mobile phone to climatic sensor.2. A mobile app send a ManageGPO command (0x80) to ST25DV64K chip.3. This command raises RF_INTERRUPT in NFC which is seen by MCU.4. MCU updates values in DGN memory space. But how can I do this? I am a beginner in this technology, so i don't have much knowledge.I have also tried to send some custom command with the ST25 demo app, like 02 80 02 00 but the response is 01 01 ISO15693_CMD_NOT_SUPPORTED

Hi, I am using a LIS2DH12 chip to detect the orientation(in 3D space) of a device. For this purpose I'm using the INT pins in 6D position mode to generate interrupt signal/s, that will alert me if the device has exited/entered a known positional area.My problem is the following: when setting the threshold for each used axis, I'm unable to utilize any value below 45 degrees. The application behaves in the exact way I'm expecting it while the threshold value is set for a reference angle above or equal to 45 degrees but as soon as i enter a value below 45 degrees, the interrupt flag starts to occur at output values much higher than expected. This is my register configuration: (using INT2 and only Y axis HIGH interrupt enabled, Normal mode, 10 bit resolution, +/- 2g full-scale):CTRL_REG1 - 0x37 CTRL_REG2 - 0x0CTRL_REG3 - 0x0CTRL_REG4 - 0x0CTRL_REG5 - 0x0CTRL_REG6 - 0x20INT2_CFG - 0xC8INT2_SRC - 0x48INT2_THS - 0x2DWhen using this configuration I'm observing the interrupt si

Greetings - within the "Example_9_detection_thresholds.c" , there a comment (line 164) stating: "... Please note that the first one must always be set with a mathematic_operation VL53L5CX_OPERATION_NONE...."Yet, within "vl53l5cx_plugin_detection_thresholds.h" it states (line 120):"...Please note that the first checker MUST always be a ORoperation...."Base on the example code is working, I assume the first is correct?Q2 - Single 4x4 threshold: To validate what I'm testing is correct, for single a 4x4 threshold would look something like this: for (uint8_t i = 0; i < 16; i++) {    thresholds[i].zone_num = i;    thresholds[i].measurement = VL53L5CX_DISTANCE_MM;    thresholds[i].type = VL53L5CX_IN_WINDOW;    thresholds[i].mathematic_operation = VL53L5CX_OPERATION_NONE;    thresholds[i].param_low_thresh = 400;    thresholds[i].param_high_thresh = 800; } th

I'm using a Portenta H7 from Arduino. It hosts the STM32H747 microprocessor. I was wondering if it is safe to use +5 volts for I2C even though the MPU runs at +3.3 volts? To clarify, on how the Portenta H7 is wired up, I'm using the pins associated with I2C3 on the STM32H747. Now, according to the datasheet, the pin structure for the pins are labeled as FT, which should mean that they are +5 volt tolerant according to the datasheet (Table 6). You can see how I'm laying it out below in my schematic, but I wanted to ask if this was safe or not? The Portenta's QWIIC connector uses 5 volts instead of 3.3 volts, so it seemed strange given that the STM32 operates at 3.3 volts.

I am quiet new to STM32 programming and can't get the external interrupt to work.I started with the NUCLEO-L011K4 and wrote my programm without any issues. I switched to my own board (pdf included) and weren't able to get extrenal interrupts to work.I use the STM32CubeIDE 1.5.1 and the ST-Link/V2 to programm. The goal of the code is to change the PWM outputs frequency and duty cycle with incoming 5V high signals on pin "Change" and pin "Laser_On". The Controller itself gets 3,3V.I can see in debug mode that the Callback function isn't entered when i provide the high signals.Am I missing some crucial code? Help is appreciated.

Details:The high-pass filter can be configured in reference mode by setting the HP_REF_MODE bit in the CTRL7 register to 1. In this configuration the output data is calculated as the difference between the measured acceleration and the output values captured when reference mode was enabled. In this way only the difference is applied without any filtering. Question & support:It is required that the abscissa and ordinate in the figure represent the specific meaning, Can we think that the abscissa is the frequency and the ordinate is the amplitudeWhat is the output of the two modes? Can blue solid line be considered the output of filters or red dash line in figure 4?The difference between the two modes cannot be seen from the figure. Can you provide further explanation? For example, specific input and output

I'm using a NUCLEO-L476RG with a STEVAL-MKI197V1, connected in SPI mode without any expansion board. My setup works: I successfully used the LSM6DSOX low-level driver to read sensor data. But my attempts to use the high level libraries, such as MotionAC and MotionGC, have failed:MotionAC_Initialize() and MotionGC_Initialize() always hang with a hard fault interrupt, andMotionAC_GetLibVersion() and MotionGC_GetLibVersion() always return zero.I think I've followed the setup instructions, including adding the CRC module, but obviously there's something I'm doing wrong. Any idea?

Hello everyone, I am working on our project based on STM32H757I-EVAL board (or NUCLEO-H755ZI-Q). I have already tested several parts that we expect to use Ethernet, UART, I2C, IOs, LCD, LEDs, etc. I have troubles with LwIP TCP/IP stack and finally I use CycloneTCP stack with a success. Last problem is CAN 2.0A communication at FDCAN1.I was starting with FDCAN_Classic_Frame_Networking example for STM32HT43I-EVAL and adopted to our STM32H757I-EVAL board. The communication works well in a mode set to FDCAN_MODE_EXTERNAL_LOOPBACK and doesn't work in FDCAN_MODE_NORMAL. FDCAN parameters are set for 500 kbps (fdcan_ker_ck to 40 MHz, CPU M7 clock to 400 MHz, AXI and AHB clocks to 200 MHz and finally APB clocks to 100 MHz). The code is same for both modes except one parameter hfdcan.Init.Mode.FDCAN_MODE_EXTERNAL_LOOPBACK works well:   I think TX-RX delay is low about 70 ns (see 01TransitionDelay = 70ns.png and 10TransitionDelay = 70ns.png).   SOF and arbitration wi

My goal is to send an interrupt signal to MCU, and this couldn't be done via mST25DVTag.manageGpoCommand(ST25DVTag.GpoCommand.INTERRUPT), and it jumps to the catch part.I am a beginner to the field and would really appreciate your help!

HiI had a question about RTC in SPC560bxx.When you read the RTC documentation carefully, you will notice that it is actually a 32-bit counter that also operates in low-power modes and issues interrupts. This module is just a counter and there is no register to preserve value in low power mode.Am I right about that? How to use RTC in low power modes? Is it used only to wake up the chip? Thanks
