Schematic review needed, considering given standards IEC 610004-2, 610004-3, 610004-4, 610004-5, 610004-6, 610004-11, CISPR 14-1 CLASS A.I have attached screen shot of my schematic, please go through it and check.The screen shot containsSTPM33 IC section, Reset and Digital isolator section, Control reset section CT section,Please do review it. Is the overcurrent protection set to 3A on the STSPIN840? If so, is there a way to change the trip value of the overcurrent protection to better align with its application? I want to change it so that the overcurrent trips at 1A. Thank you!

Hello,I am looking for an IC to monitor cell voltages of a 12s lipo battery.I found the L99BM114 IC. To get started, I bought the STEVAL-BMS114TX.Currently, I have connected 12 resistors in series to my lab supply with 48v. In between these resistors, I soldered cables and connected them to the Connector 7 (P1). On Connector 5 (CN1) I connected an STM32 Development MCU. With that MCU, I try to communicate via SPI. On Connector 2 (CN3) I connected my MCU: GND to GND, VIO to 3V3 and VDD to 5V. My Problem is that I don't get any sings of life from that board via SPI. The Cellcoltages measured at the PCB are correct. I also tried to pull pin20 (SPIEN) of the IC to VCOM, but this doesn't help. Hello powerSTEP01 Experts, we did a re-design of our powerSTEP01 driver PCB. Unfortunately, we created a problem in the new electronic, which causes the powerSTEP01 not working anymore and after weeks of test and research, we can't find the reason for this. So, we hope someone can give any advice to locate problem. The device is behaving like follows: After a power reset, the first drive command causes a current pulse of 3A at 4V von OUTA and the motor stalls.  After this, the voltage level on OUTA1 and OUTA2 remains GND. On OUTB1 we have 1V.  The STALL_A, STALL_B and OCD bits remain set to 1 (no error)  It seems like the powerSTEP01 is trying to move the motor, not knowing that OUTA isn't working.  We have several new electronics behaving like this.Did anyone observe this behavior before? Hello,We are investigating a field failure of a BMS board based on the L9963E cell monitoring IC.The system uses a 14-cell stack. Passive balancing is implemented with external balancing resistors and MOSFETs. The balancing resistors are located on a separate resistor board. The balancing resistor value is 10 Ohm / 3 W. The external balancing MOSFETs are BSS308PE P-channel MOSFETs (and PMV55ENEAR N-channel).After the failure, we found damage mainly in the upper cell channels, especially around the C14 / C13 / S14 area. Several 100 Ohm series resistors in the cell input/filter network were damaged, and one of the balancing MOSFETs (VT3) was shorted.We also found a mechanical/electrical issue in the battery harness: the C13 sense wire connection is intermittent. With the harness connected, the C13 contact sometimes exists and sometimes disappears. The failure reportedly occurred when the vehicle hit a bump, so vibration-related contact loss is possible.Our hypothesis is the following:Bal

What does the appearance of KF50BD-TR look like ? Does it have pin 1 marker?Can you provide the relevant drawings?

The STM6905 datasheet says in Table 2 that there is an internal 10k pull-up on RST#, which seems wrong since that's an open-drain output. Then in Section 2.6 and in Section 3 it says that an external pull-up to VCC should be used.

Ciao, [English was established as the common basis so that everyone in the global community can understand each other (see ST Community Terms and Conditions - STMicroelectronics Community, article 10)] I recently purchased a new STEVAL-L99615C evaluation board and, before connecting any battery pack, I checked the resistance between the cell inputs and ground (GND). I measured: C1 → GND: a few ohms C2 → GND: a few ohms C3 → GND: a few ohms C4 → GND: several megaohms C5 → GND: several megaohms C0 → GND: a few kiloohms The board has never been powered with batteries connected and has never been exposed to reverse polarity.Is this behaviour expected because of the input protection/balancing network, or could the board be faulty?Has anyone else encountered the same issue? Hello everyone,My apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I have a STEVAL-BMS114TX evaluation board and I'm wondering what to do with unmounted cells, since my pack is 5s. The datasheet for the L99BM114 says to short the unused PCB connectors together, but this definitely cannot be done on its corresponding evaluation board. Does anybody have any advice on how to move forward with this? The STEVAL-BMS114TX datasheet says that it can manage from 4 to 14 battery cells, but doesn't provide much clarity on unmounted cells.Thank you for the help.

PFC boost voltage range would be 450V.so which parameter need to be consider while designing for this PFC range .3.Is there similar standard core available for PQ3812 but in your document you mention it NH9 material and in datasheet there no AL value for this core so is there any another simliar core available for it.4.Also want guidance related LLC section because  my output voltage is 24V 10A  or any reference circuit for it .

Hello,I am evaluating the VND5T100AJ-E for an automotive application where I need to drive a 24V contactor. My design requirement is i need to drive the IC through the PWM signal as input.I have reviewed the datasheet but do not see explicit PWM frequency ratings. My concerns are:Does the VND5T100AJ-E support continuous PWM switching for an inductive load?If this device is not recommended for PWM, could you suggest a similar specification alternative part with the same specifications  that is specifically designed for PWM input @stmicro

We are evaluating the L9916 IC and need to test it with different settings. We are following the information in the Datasheet and the Programming App Note. We keep the IGN, PHASE and LAMP pins at 0V right until the moment we send the ignition sequence (although we have also tried bringing it to 5V before that in order to match the oscillogram in the app note).We also ensure that the data is valid at least until the half high period of the clock and are confident that the initial sequence matches the one described in the application note. We have tried with the clock speed from the oscillogram in the app note as well as with faster and slower clock speeds. After the initial sequence is sent, the microcontroller reconfigures the pins connected to IGN (SCL) and PH (SDA) for I2C communication. Then, even though both pins have strong external pullups, the IGN (SCL) line is brought to 0V by the L9916 and held there indefinitely. This prevents I2C communication from occuring, since

Hello,I used the SPV1050 chip to connect the circuit to the STEVAL-ISV019V1 evaluation board, and measured VSTORE to be 3.9V, which did not reach VEOC and naturally did not have LDO2 output. I use the STORE pin to power my sensor node load. May I ask which part of the energy I am using at this time is from the battery?Besides, how can I make VSTORE rise to VEOC? Why hasn't my VSTORE changed under prolonged exposure to light.Can the final LDO2 output supply power to the load, or can it only serve as a reference voltage for certain devices.Thank you for your reply.

I have some questions regarding the L78M05AB regulator IC.1. Could you please investigate the temperature at which this IC's the thermal protection actually activates?2. I have been informed that the thermal protection mechanism shuts down the output voltage.    However, when we applied heat, we observed behavior suggesting that the output appears to remain at a constant level.    If the temperature is kept at a specific value, will the output remain constant (for example, 3V)?"3. Could you please clarify the behavior when SOA protection is triggered?    Does the circuit limit the output, or does it enter a shutdown state?4. Related to SOA protection, is there any case where the voltage is reduced and latched at a certain level?5.
