SM6F18AY TVS diode compliance details for standard ISO 7637-2

I am evaluating the SM6F18AY TVS diode for a 12 V automotive ECU input-protection circuit.

The SM6FxxAY datasheet (DS13062) states compliance with ISO 7637-2 Pulse 1, Pulse 2a, Pulse 3a and Pulse 3b.

Could you please provide the detailed test report or characterization data for SM6F18AY, including:

1. Test conditions for each ISO 7637-2 pulse, including source resistance and pulse duration.
2. Number of pulses applied and interval between pulses.
3. Initial battery voltage used during testing.
4. Maximum clamping voltage observed during each test.
5. Whether the testing was performed specifically on SM6F18AY or on a representative device from the SM6FY family.
6. Confirmation of suitability for 500 repetitions of Pulse 1 and Pulse 2a, with a 5-second interval between pulses.

Our application requires:

• Pulse 1: −150 V, 10 Ω, 2 ms, 500 pulses.
• Pulse 2a: +112 V, 2 Ω, 50 µs, 500 pulses.
• Pulse 3a: −220 V, 50 Ω, 150 ns.
• Pulse 3b: +150 V, 50 Ω, 150 ns.
