Missing #define USE_USB_FS / USE_USB_HS for USB device library

Hi,

I used CubeIde 1.6.0 and created 2 projects:

  • STM32F4 with FW 1.26.0 and USB CDC enabled on USB FS
  • STM32F7 with FW 1.16.1 and USB CDC enabled on USB HS

Neither of the projects define #USE_USB_FS / #USE_USB_HS, however the value should be defined accordingly, see this discussion here: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeF4/issues/51

I think CubeIDE should define the value accordingly when a new project is generated, whichever peripheral (USB FS or USB HS) is used.
