Hello,

the STM32 would be a great solution for our project. But we need at least 256kb flash and 20kb ram. When will devices with more memory available? Thanks in advance, Joachim Stümpfl

Dear Joachim,

Future family of the STM32F103xx performance line is growing and will see an expansion of the current options. Larger packages will soon be (Next Year ;-)), available with up to 512KB Flash, 64KB SRAM and with extended features such as EMI support, SDIO, I2S, DAC and additional timers and USARTS. You can start your design evaluation from Now, using the 128K Flash and playing with this platform to be familiar with the Features until the 256K of Flash ( and more) is ready for your production 🙂 next year. is it possible to give exacter time designation? First Quarter, second quarter ...? Are they pin compatible with the 128k devices? Thanks, Joachim

samples for the 256k and 512k Flash devices are scheduled Q1/08, massproduction is scheduled Q2/08.
