Design for stm32f7 to programming

Hi ! I have designed a board with stm32f765 (LQFP100) but I got a problem with it when I test this board. I connect the board through usb cable with st link v2 and the ST Link Utility can detect this stm32f7 but when I download the code from Keil C to it, the stm32f7 got damaged because I find that vdd and vss pin are connected inside the chip. I try to find the reason and I think the reason is I don't configure for Boot0 pin. So I design another board with schematic image below. Can someone tell me that it is correct schematic ? I don't want to be failed again. Thank you. 0690X00000604TbQAI.jpg

Hello,

application note

http://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/application_note/b0/5c/ba/b2/cb/10/41/dd/DM00164549.pdf/files/DM00164549.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.DM00164549.pdf

gives you minimum requirements you have to take care of for proper hardware design.

Best regards,
