Yes the NUCLEO-WB55RG, I was away from my desk when I sent the message & couldn't remember the exact name. Do I need the STM32F130CBT6 to control the ST-Link to program a WB55RG or is it included on the NUCLEO for ease of development?

Turns out I was not in the workspace directory from where the project was created, which was further up the directory hierachy.
