It seems like the example projects that are included in en.stm32cubel4 don't have versions for STM32cubeIDE. Maybe I just don't know where they are. Can anyone help guide me on how to import the default example projects or templates?

L4+ and the GFXMMU have been around for 3 years now (date code on my eval board is 8th week, 2017)... I'd expect them to have this sorted out by now. They have 16, 24, and 32bpp options, I just don't understand why 8bpp isn't there. Should be trivial...

At this point I'd recommend restarting the computer just to be sure it isn't something in RAM. If that doesn't work, yeah probably start looking in the registry for any signs of STM there. Worst case create a new user on your PC and see if you can in...
