What is the difference between STM8AF6266 & STM8AF6366?

advanced in which way? So far I couldn't find any relevant difference in the datasheets of STM8AF6266 vs. STM8AF6366, or STM8AF6288 vs. STM8AF6388.

For more details on improvements of STM8AF63* over STM8AF62*, or a respective link, thanks a lot in advance!
