I have a problem with ST Visual Develop, version 4.3.12 (See attachment 1)
If I launch ST Visual Develop as administrator, I am not allowed to enter debug mode, but I get the message: "** Connection error (usb://usb): gdi-error [40201]: can't access configuration database".
On the other hand, if I launch ST Visual Develop in normal mode, i.e. not as administrator, I get the message "Access to C\Program Files (x86J\ST Micro electronics\st_ toolset\stvd\default.wed denied" but then it runs correctly and even allows me to enter Debug mode displaying" Access to C\Program Files
(x86)ISTMicroelectronics\Firmware\ST16_1_Modified_030720
21_Light_MAX31865\ST14_0.wdb denied." and yet it allows me to debug, make changes and save them.
This message also appears to me when I exit the Debug session and also when I exit ST Visual Develop.
I have verified that the same problem exists with both Windows 7 Pro 64, Windows 7 32 and Windows 11
Ultimately, even with these annoying messages, in normal mode, i.e. not as administrator, I can do my work, but I would like to know why. Any valuable advice?
