How to disable Core M4 Boot? Is it possible to work on debug mode with one core without disable one of them ?

I cannot install properly stm32cubeprogrammer after installation step 6 it is not installing even if I use an individual laptop. So I could not be able to over the stm32cubeprogrammer. I didn't find a topic about installation problems for stm32cubeprogrammer especially.I need help for installation if it is the one solution to disable core M4 boot !
Any help would be helpful.Thanks in advance.

This error gets reported occasionally, I'm not aware of a good solution. What OS are you using?
M4 core can be disabled by unchecking BOOT_CM4 in the option bytes.

I am using Windows 11 - 64 bit OS - Version 21H2 .
To be able to do that I need to achieve the installation problem asap . It would be good that know the how issue solved .
As far as I know , there is only way to boot disable cores over the stm32cubeprogrammer with option bytes like below figure.
Are there any different solution to do that ?
