Flash Loader cannot be loaded when connecting to boards

On my computer the `stldr` files are stored like `/opt/stm32cubeprog/bin/FlashLoader/0x469.stldr` and I'm sure they exists and have correct permission. Why would it try to open the file '0x' ? Is it just a bug of string concat? 

Currently I cannot flash the chips because of this bug.
