Error to connect to target STM32H747I-DISCO

I try to connect to target STM32H747I-DISCO but show this message:

08:58:20 : Error: No STM32 target found!

And the file in FAIL.TXT with:

The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU

how can I solve that?

Sounds like an issue with LDO/SMPS or VOS settings.

Topic covered previously.

Likely will need to jumper BOOT0 HIGH and cycle power several times until you can access flash and erase errant code.​

Having bricked my board within having it a few minutes running H743 code I know the issue. I had advised ST (perhaps 18+ months ago) to have a top-size/user jumper on this because it was such a PITA to deal with.
