STM34CubeMX does not start

I had CubeMX installed and working fine. Then I updated the application and now all I see is dialog flashing by the says ''Check files''. After that nothing happens.

I have the same problem on Windows7 & 8 64bits with clean and update installation of CubeMx.What can be problem ?

I tried this: in my documents folder I found an .stm32cube folder and I deleted it. Re-installed last version of CubeMX and works fine (till now)

I had this problem when updating from 4.3 to 4.4. The update from 4.4 to 4.5 today was OK.
