STM32CubeMX fails to install en.stm32cubef4_v1-27-0.zip

I just downloaded both STM32CubeMX (windows) and en.stm32cubef4_v1-27-0.zip.

When I try to install the F4 package, it ask me for confirmation of license, checks license,

churns mightly for a long while, and finally says "Problem during Unzip".

I confirmed I can unzip the file AOK and downloaded a 2nd time just to be sure.

I tried letting CubeMX download and install the file, with same result.

What's going on???

Worked here.

Check for secondary issues, like Disk Space and AV Interference.
