CubeMX 4.26.1 Bug: UnderRoot option gets set to false after cancelling out of project settings

STM32CubeMX Version: 4.26.1

Bug description:

The project files keep being moved in to the TrueSTUDIO folder as the UnderRoot option is changing by itself when opening the project settings window.

Can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Open a project where the UnderRoot option has been set to true
2. Open the project->settings window
3. Cancel the window
4. File->Save Project
5. Check the .ioc project file for changes
   1. No changes occur as expected
6. Open the project->settings window
7. Cancel the window
8. File->Save Project
9. Check the .ioc project file for changes
   1. UnderRoot has now changed from true to false by itself

I confirm, its a bug.

Risk to not be fixed in 4.27.0 as its release is nearly, I promise you that it will be fixed for the upcoming versions.
