SYS in system core is not able to be configured.

Hi, I am using an stm32f091rc board and I am trying to configure the systick settings so that I can run Freertos on my board. However, I get the error shown in the picture. Does anyone know a fix for this? I am hoping that it is not a limitation of the F0 architecture, but that may be the case.

Any info is much appreciated.
