Hi,
I'm trying to get started with the STM32CubeIDE, but I'm unable to install the required st-stlink-server-1.2.0-3.pkg package (I'm on macOS Catalina). When I try, it fails with the following error message: "This package is incompatible with this version of macOS. The package is trying to install content to the system volume. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." (see screen capture)
So my question is: Is there a revised package coming out soon? Is there anything I can do in the meantime to start using the IDE (e.g. temporarily use an alternative to st-link)?
Thank you for your time and support! A+
Frank

I have the same problem as well. I hope the ST team gets on this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have posted a topic today in the community asking the same thing.
Do we have a way to solve this problem? Is there any information about a new release package by the ST team?

I've open a Case Status with my profile in order to obtain direct assistance from the ST team.
If they provide me a solution (even if temporarily) I'll update this topic
