I had the latest version of 1.16 installed. I upgraded that installation to 1.18 which was just released. When I double click the ioc file it asks if I want to continue or to migrate. When I choose migrate it doesn't work. It freezes and I have to close the IDE and restart it. After fighting with this for a day, I downloaded 1.18 and installed it in a separate directory. This installation had no problem migrating. I attached the eclipse log file.
