STM32CubeIDE 1.13.1 "Failed to execute MI command" Select SWD frequency at 1000kHz?

Random errors occurred when selecting SWD frequency at AUTO or above 1000kHz.

Tested with generic ST-Link V2.

In STM32CubeIDE 1.12.1 the same behavior does not occur.

Thank you for posting.

Could you please share the name of the Board you used.

Otherwise please try to upgrade the ST Link firmware version or change the Reset behavior type and give me a feedback.
