How can I stop CUBEIDE to download zip files every time?

The files that is downloaded looks like the same every time and I use only one M3 core device,so why is it downloading the zip files every day?

Now I know where to change the setting,was set for Update once a day.

The files that is downloaded and unzipped is something like STMCUBE_FW_1.*** cant remember exactly but its 9.5Meg every time .

Then there is another file of 21Meg and some small fast downloads.
