Cmake VsCode no rebuild on modified source files

Hi there,

I'm trying to get VSCode with STM32 working but I came across an issue that whenever source file is modified ninja/make will state "Nothing to do". Change is detected only after clean-build.

Is that a know issue? How this can  be resolved

did you save the modifications before build ?
