Is STMH7 primarily designed to be used with external Flash/Ram only?

With the new STMH7 chips, are they primarily designed to be used with external Flash/Ram only? Or is there more onboard than just the 64k Boot Flash?

Hello, On H7R/S is only 64kB Flash for user. This device was intended to be used with external flash or if the application fit into 64kB. For need of internal flash we have classical H7 lines.
