Poweroff command does reset automatically after ~30 seconds

Our board is using STM32MP15 and doesn't use PMIC, when we try poweroff command, it seems to work but after around 30 seconds, the board reset automatically.

During this time, I see power consumption just goes down a little bit.

Does anyone have same issue or something like this?

Seems Watch Dogs cause this issue.
