Hi,

did you use a custom board or a DK1/DK2 board ?

Could you please tell us if you are able to reproduce same issue on DK1/DK2 and how many 'switches' are needed to go in the problem ?

Any console error messages ?

I tried few basic plug/unplug of USB stick device then PC host on my STM32MP157F-DK2 running ecosystem v3.1, and I did not see this issue.
