I designing a developer board with an stm32 MPU. This board have an HDMI port for transfer the audio and video signal from the board to the TV. Which IC can I use for convert video signal( MIPI/DSI ) and audio signal (I2s) to HDMI ?

I can recommend you solution implemented on DK2 board.
The used IC is SiI9022ACNU.

Hello,
as stated in your screenshot, you should ask to Lattice.
Nevertheless, as this Sil9022 is used on STM32MP157A/DK1 and STM32MP157C-DK2 boards, you have already a fully working HW and SW example (including Linux drivers).
The SiL9022 is an 24-bit RGB to HDMI, if you prefer DSI to HDMI (to save pins), there is also some RGB to HDMI or DSI to HDMI on other manufacturers (e.g. Analog devices, TI, Toshiba). You should look at Linux drivers availability.
