Time Clusters and addressing Time Synchronization Delays in Zigbee Networks

I'm looking for help with time synchronization in Zigbee networks. How can we make sure the time stays accurate across all devices, considering delays in communication? Any suggestions or examples for implementing time clusters would be really helpful.
