Which Cluster may use to send and receive data or string between Router and Coord?

And how do I coding for that.

Using Custom long string cluster example.

You can refer to following ZigBee example in latest \STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.15.0\Projects\P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo\Applications\

Zigbee_custom_ls_Client_Router

Zigbee_custom_ls_Server_Coord
