I recommend you to refer to AN5609 and precisely sections 8.2, 11 and 12.

This application provides a certificate based key establishment (CBKE) cluste.

Also, the AN5669 note presents an overview of the necessary certifications needed for manufacture applications for Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE), ZigBee® and Thread using STM32WB.
