Have you an error message ?

Maybe it was just a browser-cache issue, or slow server response.

I suggest to clean your cache and try again. Then, please let me know if this resolves your issue.

I hate to hijack an existing topic.  I too could not download stm32cubewl package but I did find the one you attached here.  And apologies for being a newb, but I don't know how to create a new project using this newly downloaded and extracted package.
