I purchased a STM32 Lora Gateway discovery kit. I was able to register the gateway and node onto the network. I am trying to learn more about the B-L072Z-LRWAN1 discovery board. Would like to know how to configure to read temperature from node.

You can use the package I-Cube-LRWAN. It includes an application running on B-L072Z-LRWAN1 and other boards. The user manual of this expansion package is UM2073. It describes its features and how to use it.
