HSE external crystal issue

 I am trying to load the program in to the STM32WBRG MCU using ST-LINK/V2-ISOL we are able to succeed the loading and verified the test code using the internal 16MHz RC oscillator, but while using the External 32MHz

Please check the Application note: Precise HSE frequency and startup time tuning for STM32 wireless MCUs - describes how to tune the HSE using STM32WB MCUs.

You should choose a crystal that is compatible with your MCU.
