I have a LoRa board labeled with 'MB1500-Highband-B01' and 'STM32WL55C-DK1' but no documentation. I have not found a download option for the user manual or schematic. Is it possible to obtain the User manual and schematic for this board?

It's a LoRa WL55 DISCO board, not sure it ever got officially released, I have one here my FAE sent me a long time ago.
You'd need to get docs/code from your own FAE, I don't think there's a strong prospect of it being release to consumers.
