In a raw point-to-point mode, or some how else?
You'd need consistent settings of frequency, bandwidth, code rate, spreading factor, preamble etc.

In my application I just reprogrammed the STM32L151 and SX1276/SX1262 in the RYLR896 and RYLR900 respectively.

Thanks for your answer. Actually, LoRa E5 mini is problem for me because the AT commands of RYLR896 is so clear to understand but in LoRa E5 is so different.
This is AT Commands of LoRa E5. It has so different values and commands. I'm new on this card probably I have too much topics for researching =)

I think you'd need to use the TEST mode on the E5

I think you're going to have to experiment.
You task might be easier if you have a third node which you can actually build the stack on, and have that in a listening mode to monitor the traffic being generated by either end when you send information. For example how the REYAX part manages the node addressing scheme,
