Touchgfx Designer is not opening in the computer.

 last time also this problem was occured so I installed it again after that it run for some days now again the problem has occured.

 When I open Touchgfx one msg come

Sorry - something unexpected has happened which caused an error to occur in the Designer.

Please someone help to give the solution of it.

When does that happen? Right after launching TouchGFXDesigner? Or after doing something specific while designing your application?

Could you also share the log file you referred to?

Last day I made one application and closed it after that and the next day I opened but it had given the error.

I download the version 4.20.0 of Touchgfx designer and it's working then why the version 4.21.3 is not working.

I discussed your issue with my colleagues and we think that it could come from something written under a wrong format inside the .touchgfx file of your project.

Could you please share it here so we can check that ?
