This might sound obvious but your firewall might be blocking the app to reach out the internet

Hello @heyo​ ,

This problem happens when the user starts TouchGFXDesigner, and the program can't download Examples, Demos and Board Setup data from the server.

First, please check that you have a proper internet connection by opening a browser (I recommend Microsoft Edge in this case) and try to google something.

If it still does not work, try to reboot your computer and wait a couple of minutes before reopening TouchGFXDesigner.
