What mcu are you working on ? With what QSPI ? How did you configure it ? Could you share your external loader if you have one ? Are you sure this is TouchGFX related, meaning can you access the QSPI without TouchGFX enabled ? Depending on your configuration have a look at one of the TBS available in TouchGFX Designer for a ST development kit using QSPI.
