Where to find - lowest Vcc value for mcu

Hi, Can someone help me find the minimum voltage Vcc of stm32f103c8.

Lo​west voltage that will allow for maximum clocks frequency. And wont interfere with usb (pullups at data line to vcc).And adc.

2.4 V is minimum when using adc. But will it run at max clocks at that voltage?

Datasheet sections 5.1.1 and 5.3.1 answers this perfectly.

Ok, so min is 2,4V - 2.3.9 min vdda when using adc.

Surely better parts, providing VDDUSB to keep drivers within specs.

People doing low voltage / low power typically using L0 or L4 at this point.​
