What does 'Value Line' stand for? What is the difference to the 'non Value Line' devices?

Several MCU are described with the label 'value line' but I could not find an explanation what that mean. I assume it is related to a system architecture, right?

With the Value line, individual functions were measured with looser tolerances or were completely omitted for reasons of cost. If you compare the data sheets of the Value Line with those of the Access Line, you can see very quickly which parameters are affected. Sometimes it is the voltage range, sometimes the missing serial number, or other parameters.
