Any one know what is USB TID? And, have some one know how to get the ST USB TID number?

First hit simply googling 'USB TID':

Note:
T
estID
s (TID

Dear Clive:
Thanks for your quickly reply.
Is this TID same to STM32F429IIT6 TID? or Could you please give me some suggestions?

I don't think you can use a TID to side step the USB certification of your own product.
In the case of USB-C part of the certification is presumably you have a compliant driver.
