I actually have a few of those boards on my hand - thanks to ST for such an amazing product.

However, there are a few issues:

1) there is very little information about the board, like schematics or demo program.

2) the stock st-link downloader that came with my mdk4.12 does not work: when I tried to download, it says that ''unknown target connected''.

3) I was able to get the code to download with st-link utility (downloaded from st.com) but wasn't able to get the code to run: the two red leds are on and that's about it.

I suppose this is a pre-launch glitch but hopefully st will come out with more information, soon.

a quick question: the dev board shows up on my pc as a usb storage device. is the ask for the ide to produce the .bin file and save it on the ''usb device'' as a way to program the board?

hi STOne-32

I'm based in the UK and I would like one of the STM32 Discovery boards unfortunately Arrow is listing them as out of stock, Farnell have some at a very reasonable £7.99 inc Vat & Carr., Farnell also have a minimum order value of £20

Does anyone know where I can get hold of one of these boards in the UK ?

Thanks

Bob.

thanks for that info, mouser charge £12 delivery which makes it the same price as Farnell (£20 total).

I am going to order 3 of these boards from Farnell so if anyone in the UK wants one let me know and you can have one of mine for the Farnell price of £7.99 plus the Royal Mail postage which will be about £2.
